Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate role at Ashley Furniture focusing on turning store guests into loyal customers by providing world-class service and expertise on home furnishings. Responsibilities include guiding guests to select styles that reflect their lives, processing sales with cash handling, assisting with credit applications and financing, addressing customer concerns, aiding in store opening/closing and cash reconciliation, supporting inventory and loss prevention, meeting/exceeding sales goals aligned to KPI standards, and performing additional tasks as assigned. Strong interpersonal, energetic, and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred

- Experience in retail or home furnishings sales preferred

- Ability to meet sales goals
