Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture: transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them as the expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration and enthusiasm for Ashley's products. Provide world-class service, process sales orders, assist with financing matters, handle cash, support inventory and loss prevention, meet and exceed sales goals, and participate in store opening/closing activities. Must be able to engage customers, communicate effectively to drive action, and be flexible with hours, including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
