Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, you guide store guests from greeting to purchase, showcase home furnishings, and help guests design rooms that reflect their lives. You’ll act as the expert on Ashley’s products, create enthusiasm and inspiration, and work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Responsibilities include delivering world-class service at the front desk, processing sales orders and cash handling, assisting with financing applications, addressing customer concerns, assisting with opening/closing tasks and cash reconciliation, supporting inventory and loss prevention, and driving to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining exceptional service and customer satisfaction. The role requires the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and to communicate effectively to motivate action.
