Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them as the expert on Ashley’s home furnishings. You’ll create inspiration, enthusiasm, and excitement about products, help guests discover styles that reflect their lives, and assist with store transactions, financing questions, and documentation. You’ll support opening/closing activities, cash reconciliation, inventory and loss prevention, and strive to meet or exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The role requires being friendly, outgoing, and able to engage customers, with flexible hours including weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and prior customer service or sales experience is a plus. Legally authorized to work in the US and at least 18 years old are required.
