Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture in Martha Lake, WA. Drive world-class service and guide store guests to inspiring home furnishings, helping customers discover styles for their rooms. Key duties include processing sales/orders, assisting with financing and credit applications, maintaining a welcoming front desk presence, advising on products, supporting inventory and loss prevention, assisting with store opening/closing, meeting/exceeding sales goals (KPIs), and performing additional tasks as assigned. Required Qualifications

- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
