Job Summary
As Retail Sales Associate, transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them through Ashley’s home furnishings. Serve as the expert on products, creating inspiration and excitement about Ashley’s offerings, and help guests discover styles that reflect their lives for rooms they’ll love. Deliver world-class service at the front desk, process sales orders, assist with financing and credit applications, maintain documentation, support inventory and loss prevention procedures, participate in bi-annual inventory checks, and strive to meet and exceed sales goals aligned to KPI standards in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Requires flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
