Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, you guide store guests as the expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration and helping customers design rooms they will love. You will deliver world-class service, process sales transactions and credit applications, assist with financing, address customer concerns, support opening/closing and cash reconciliation, participate in inventory checks, and strive to meet and exceed sales goals and KPI standards. The role requires engaging with guests in a fast-paced environment, communicating effectively, and maintaining a welcoming store presence while representing the brand.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
