Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture — guide store guests to discover the styles that reflect their lives, create inspiration, and deliver world-class service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Act as the expert on home furnishings, process sales orders, assist with credit and financing matters, handle cash with adherence to protocols, participate in opening/closing duties, support inventory and loss prevention, and strive to meet/exceed sales goals while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. Requires strong communication, outbound enthusiasm, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Minimum requirements include being 18+, legally authorized to work in the US, and a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
