Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture in Ivins, UT, responsible for transforming store guests into loyal customers by providing world-class service, guiding guests on home furnishings, and helping them discover styles for their rooms. Duties include processing sales orders with cash handling, assisting with credit applications and financing, addressing customer concerns, supporting opening/closing activities and cash reconciliation, aiding in inventory and loss prevention, and working to meet and exceed sales goals while delivering a high-energy, engaging shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience (preferred)
