Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture guides store guests to discover styles and designs that reflect their lives, delivering world-class service and creating inspiration, enthusiasm, and excitement about Ashley’s products. Responsibilities include processing sales transactions, assisting customers with credit applications and financing, addressing concerns independently, supporting opening/closing activities and cash reconciliation, aiding inventory management and loss prevention, and striving to meet/exceed sales goals while upholding the brand image in a fast-paced, high-energy lifestyle-retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
