Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate, you guide store guests to Ashley’s home furnishings, create inspiration, enthusiasm, and excitement about Ashley’s products, and help guests discover styles for their spaces. You provide world-class service, process sales orders, assist with credit applications and financing, maintain documentation of transactions, support inventory and loss prevention, aim to meet and exceed sales goals, and be flexible with hours including weekends and holidays. You should be a personable, energetic professional who communicates effectively and fosters a positive shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
