Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture who guides store guests as the expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration and enthusiasm to help customers design rooms they will love. Responsibilities include delivering world-class service at the front desk, processing sales orders and cash handling, assisting with financing and credit applications, addressing customer concerns, supporting opening/closing activities, aiding inventory management and loss prevention, and meeting/exceeding sales goals aligned to KPIs. Requires energetic, customer-focused, and communicative individuals capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
