Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will provide excellent service to store guests, help them discover home furnishing styles, and influence sales in a fast-paced environment. This position includes processing sales orders, engaging with customers, and participating in inventory management while aiming to meet and exceed sales goals. Competitive compensation includes a base hourly rate plus incentives based on sales performance.
Required Qualifications
