Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, you will transform store guests into loyal customers. You will utilize your expertise in home furnishings to create excitement about the products and provide outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a friendly, outgoing personality and the ability to meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US and ideally have prior customer service or sales experience.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 Ibs with or without accommodation
- Preferred 1 year customer service and/or sales experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable attendance
