Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture to transform store guests into loyal customers. You’ll be the expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration and excitement about Ashley’s products, helping guests discover styles that reflect their lives and design rooms they will love. Responsibilities include delivering world-class service, maintaining a welcoming front-desk presence, processing sales orders with cash handling, assisting with credit applications and financing, addressing customer concerns, assisting with store opening/closing and cash reconciliation, supporting inventory management and loss prevention, meeting and exceeding sales goals, and completing tasks as assigned by management. Requirements include being 18+, legally allowed to work in the US, ability to lift 25 lbs, high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), and 1 year of customer service or sales experience (preferred); flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
