Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, transform store guests into loyal customers by providing world-class service, guiding customers to discover styles that reflect their lives, and helping design rooms they will love. You’ll engage with guests at the front desk, process sales orders with cash handling, assist with credit applications and financing, address customer concerns, participate in opening/closing duties, support inventory management and loss prevention, and strive to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the US, be at least 18 years old, and have or be pursuing a high school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and lift up to 25 lbs may be required.
