Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, you guide store guests to discover styles that reflect their lives, create inspiration and enthusiasm for Ashley’s products, and help customers design rooms they will love. You’ll process sales orders, assist with credit applications and financing, handle cash procedures, address customer concerns, participate in opening/closing activities and daily checklists, support inventory and loss-prevention procedures, and strive to meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The role requires legal work authorization in the US, being 18+, and availability for flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience.
