Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture guides store guests to identify the right home furnishings, creates inspiration and excitement around products, processes sales with cash handling protocols, assists with financing and credit applications, helps with store opening/closing tasks, supports inventory and loss prevention, and strives to meet/exceed sales goals within a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The role emphasizes delivering world-class service, maintaining a welcoming front-desk presence, and representing the brand image while assisting guests in selecting styles and rooms they love. Required Qualifications
