Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate responsible for transforming store guests into loyal customers. You’ll guide guests as the expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration and excitement about Ashley’s products, help guests discover styles that reflect their lives, and assist with financing matters and cash handling. You will maintain a welcoming, professional front desk presence, process sales orders, address customer concerns, assist with opening/closing activities, support inventory and loss prevention, and strive to meet/exceed sales goals (KPI) in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role emphasizes world-class service, collaboration, and a personable, outgoing approach to engaging customers. Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience (preferred)
