Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, responsible for transforming store guests into loyal customers by guiding them to discover styles that reflect their lives and designing rooms they will love. The role emphasizes delivering world-class service, maintaining a welcoming front-desk presence, processing sales orders with cash handling, assisting customers with financing or credit applications, addressing concerns independently, supporting store opening/closing activities, aiding inventory and loss-prevention efforts, and aiming to meet/exceed sales goals and KPI standards in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
