Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture: transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them through home furnishings selections, creating inspiration and excitement, helping design rooms, and delivering world-class service. Responsible for processing sales orders, assisting with credit applications and financing, cash handling, maintaining a welcoming presence, supporting inventory and loss prevention, aiding in opening/closing activities, and meeting or exceeding sales goals aligned to KPI and performance standards. Requires being legally authorized to work in the US, 18+ years old, and ability to work flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience (preferred)
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
