Job Summary
Transform store guests into loyal customers as the in-store expert on home furnishings. Provide world-class service, guide guests through product selections, and help them design rooms they will love. Responsibilities include processing sales orders and handling cash, assisting with credit applications and financing, addressing customer concerns, assisting with store opening/closing tasks, supporting inventory and loss prevention, and striving to meet and exceed sales goals. Must be able to interact with customers in a friendly, energetic manner and maintain reliable attendance; high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and legal eligibility to work in the US is required.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- At least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
