Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, you guide store guests to find the styles that reflect their lives, creating inspiration and excitement about our products. You will provide world-class service at the front desk, process sales transactions with adherence to cash handling protocols, assist customers with financing and credit applications, participate in inventory and loss prevention activities, support store opening/closing procedures, and strive to meet or exceed sales goals aligned to KPIs. The role requires an energetic, customer-focused professional who enjoys engaging with customers, communicating effectively to prompt action, and thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment.
