Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, you guide store guests as the expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration and excitement about Ashley’s products while delivering a world-class service experience. You’ll process sales orders and assist guests with credit applications and financing, maintain a welcoming front desk presence, support opening/closing activities and cash reconciliation, participate in inventory checks and loss prevention, and strive to meet or exceed sales goals aligned to KPIs. The role requires flexible hours including weekends and holidays and emphasizes customer-focused communication, enthusiasm for ideas, and collaboration with management to ensure exceptional service.
