Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture; lead guests through a personalized in-store experience as the expert on home furnishings, guiding customers to discover styles for their rooms, processing sales orders with cash handling and financing support, participating in inventory checks and loss prevention, and helping with opening/closing duties while meeting or exceeding sales goals. Requires strong customer-service skills,ability to engage customers, communicate effectively, and work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment; availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Located in Peoria, AZ, US; on-site role.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
