Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture greets and guides store guests, crafting inspirational experiences around home furnishings. Responsibilities include delivering world-class service, processing sales orders and financing matters with accurate documentation, resolving customer concerns, assisting with opening/closing tasks and cash reconciliation, supporting inventory and loss-prevention procedures, and striving to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Must be able to engage with customers, communicate effectively, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Eligible to participate in benefits and compensation programs as described.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience (preferred)
