Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, you will transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them warmly and professionally through their shopping experience. Your outstanding service and ability to meet and exceed sales goals will contribute to the store's success. In addition to processing sales orders and managing customer concerns, you'll have the opportunity to earn incentives based on your performance.
Required Qualifications
