Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture; transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them through home furnishings selections with world-class service, create inspiration and enthusiasm around Ashley’s products, assist with credit applications/financing, process sales orders, maintain cash handling accuracy, support inventory and loss prevention, meet/exceed sales goals, and contribute to a high-energy, customer-focused environment. Training pays at $17.13/hour for two weeks, with potential incentives and bonuses based on performance; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and employee discounts. Requires friendly, outgoing personality, ability to work flexible hours, and legally authorized work status.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- At least 18 years old
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
