Job Summary
As a Sales Team Member at Ashley Furniture, you guide store guests to select home furnishings, creating inspiration and excitement about Ashley’s products. You provide world-class service at the front desk, process sales and financing, assist with cash handling, support inventory and loss prevention, and help with opening/closing duties. You participate in achieving sales goals and KPIs, while engaging customers with energetic, friendly communication and a passion for style and lifestyle retail.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
