Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, responsible for transforming store guests into loyal customers by providing world-class service and expert guidance on home furnishings. Drive guest enthusiasm, help customers discover styles, process sales orders with cash handling protocols, assist with credit applications and financing, address concerns, participate in opening/closing activities (including cash reconciliation), support inventory and loss prevention, meet and exceed sales goals (KPI-driven), and perform additional tasks as needed in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Requires ability to lift 25 lbs, 18+ years old, legally authorized to work in the US, and flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
