Retail Sales Associate

Transform store guests into loyal customers as the Retail Sales Associate for Ashley Furniture. You guide guests, act as the expert on home furnishings, create inspiration and excitement about Ashley’s products, help customers discover styles for their spaces, process sales orders with cash handling, assist with credit applications and financing, address concerns, participate in opening/closing activities, support inventory and loss prevention, and aim to meet or exceed sales goals while thriving in a high-energy, customer-focused environment. The role emphasizes delivering world-class service, engaging guests at the front desk, and contributing to a welcoming store presence, with responsibilities including cash reconciliation, documentation of transactions, and contributing to a positive brand experience.
