Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture – guide store guests as the expert on home furnishings, delivering world-class service, creating inspiration and enthusiasm for Ashley’s products, helping guests discover styles that reflect their lives, processing sales orders with cash handling, assisting with credit applications and financing, addressing customer concerns, participating in opening/closing activities and inventory procedures, meeting and exceeding sales goals, and supporting management with additional tasks. Requires legal work authorization in the US, 18+ years old, ability to lift 25 lbs, and availability for flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Training pay set at $17.13/hour with ongoing rate the same, plus potential incentives and a sales bonus based on performance.
