Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate, transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them through Ashley’s home furnishings selection, creating inspiration and enthusiasm, and helping them design rooms they will love. Drive world-class service, maintain a welcoming front desk presence, assist with sales transactions and financing matters, address customer concerns, participate in opening/closing activities and cash reconciliation, support inventory and loss prevention, and strive to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Requires ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and be legally authorized to work in the US. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
