Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, you transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them as the expert on home furnishings. You provide world-class service at the front desk, process sales orders with cash handling and financing support, assist customers with credit applications, address concerns, help with opening/closing activities, and participate in inventory checks. You will meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI standards, and contribute to a high-energy, customer-centric environment. This role emphasizes personality, initiative, and the ability to inspire action through engaging, friendly communication and product knowledge across a fast-paced retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
