Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate responsibilities include guiding store guests to Ashley’s home furnishings, delivering world-class service, helping customers discover styles, processing sales and financing, maintaining a welcoming front-desk presence, assisting with cash handling and daily reconciliations, supporting inventory and loss prevention, meeting/exceeding sales goals, and contributing to store opening/closing tasks. The role requires effective communication, a friendly and outgoing demeanor, ability to work flexible hours (including weekends/holidays), and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
