Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture: transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them through the home furnishings selection process, creating inspiration and excitement, and helping customers design rooms they will love. Responsibilities include delivering world-class service at the front desk, processing sales orders with cash handling, assisting with credit applications and financing, addressing customer concerns, participating in opening/closing activities, supporting inventory and loss prevention, and working toward sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
- Flexible hours including weekends and holidays
