Job Summary
Transform store guests into loyal customers by acting as the expert on home furnishings—guiding selections, creating inspiration, and delivering world-class service. Manage front-desk interactions, process sales transactions with cash handling, assist with credit applications and financing, address customer concerns, support opening/closing duties, participate in inventory and loss prevention, and strive to meet and exceed sales goals through engaging, proactive service in a fast-paced, high-energy Ashley Furniture environment.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience (preferred)
