Retail Sales Associate

As a Sales Team Member, you guide store guests to help them discover styles that reflect their lives and design rooms they will love, while delivering world-class service in a fast-paced environment. You will accurately process sales orders, assist with credit applications and financing, address customer concerns, participate in opening/closing activities including cash reconciliation, support inventory management and loss prevention, and strive to meet and exceed sales goals in alignment with KPI standards. The role requires engaging, energetic interaction with customers, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
