Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture drives customer conversion by delivering world-class service and guiding guests to discover home furnishings that reflect their lives. Responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming front desk presence, processing sales orders with cash handling, assisting with financing or credit applications, addressing customer concerns, assisting with store opening/closing and cash reconciliation, supporting inventory and loss-prevention efforts, and striving to meet and exceed sales goals and KPI standards. Must be legally authorized to work in the US, at least 18 years old, and able to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays); HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
