Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture to transform store guests into loyal customers by acting as the expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration and excitement, guiding guests to designs that fit their lives, and delivering world-class service. Responsibilities include providing outstanding service at the front desk, processing sales orders and cash handling, assisting with credit applications and financing, addressing customer concerns, participating in opening/closing activities and cash reconciliation, supporting inventory and loss prevention, meeting and exceeding sales goals, and performing additional tasks as assigned. Ideal candidates are outgoing, energetic, and capable of engaging guests to drive action, with the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience (preferred)
