Job Summary
Transform store guests into loyal customers as the Retail Sales Associate for Ashley Furniture. Guide guests through home furnishings selections, create inspiration and excitement about products, help customers discover styles for their rooms, and support financing matters and credit applications. Maintain a welcoming, professional front desk presence; process sales orders with cash handling protocols; assist with inventory management and loss prevention; participate in opening/closing activities and daily checklists; strive to meet and exceed sales goals aligned to KPI standards. Requires strong service orientation, outgoing interpersonal skills, reliability, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays. Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
