Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture focuses on transforming store guests into loyal customers by providing world-class service, guiding guests through product selection, and delivering an inspiring, brand-aligned shopping experience. Responsibilities include processing sales transactions and cash handling, assisting customers with credit applications and financing, addressing customer concerns, supporting opening/closing activities, participating in inventory and loss prevention efforts, meeting and exceeding sales goals, and performing additional tasks as assigned in a fast-paced, high-energy lifestyle retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
