Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture who transforms store guests into loyal customers by providing world-class service as the expert on home furnishings. Responsibilities include guiding guests to discover styles, processing sales transactions with cash handling, assisting with credit applications and financing, addressing customer concerns, aiding in store opening/closing, supporting inventory and loss prevention, meeting and exceeding sales goals, and performing additional tasks as assigned. Requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays, and a proven commitment to exceptional customer service.
Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
