Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture – Transform store guests into loyal customers as the in-store expert on home furnishings. Guide guests to discover styles that reflect their lives, create inspiration and enthusiasm, and help design rooms they will love. Responsibilities include delivering world-class service at the front desk, processing sales orders, assisting customers with credit applications and financing, addressing concerns, supporting opening/closing activities and cash reconciliation, aiding in inventory and loss prevention, and meeting/exceeding sales goals (KPI). Must be legally authorized to work in the US, 18+, and capable of flexible hours including weekends/holidays; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred. The role emphasizes client-focused service, effective communication, and collaboration in a fast-paced retail environment.
