Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture: transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them as the expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration and excitement around products, and delivering world-class service. Responsibilities include processing sales orders and assisting with financing/credit applications, maintaining cash-handling procedures, addressing customer concerns, assisting with store opening/closing and daily checklists, supporting inventory and loss prevention, and meeting/exceeding sales goals while adhering to KPIs. Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
