Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, a trusted home-furnishings brand. Guide store guests as the expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration, enthusiasm, and excitement about Ashley’s products. Transform guests into loyal customers, help them discover styles that reflect their lives, and support cash handling, financing matters, and quick, accurate sales processing. Maintain a welcoming store presence, address customer concerns, assist with opening/closing activities, and support inventory and loss-prevention procedures. Strive to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs, and complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
