Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture in Avondale, AZ, you guide store guests from being guests to loyal customers by showcasing Ashley’s home furnishings, creating inspiration and excitement about products, and helping guests design rooms they will love. You provide world-class service, process sales orders, assist with credit applications and financing, maintain cash handling protocols, participate in opening/closing activities including cash reconciliation, support inventory and loss-prevention procedures, and strive to meet or exceed sales goals aligned to KPIs. The role requires an outgoing, customer-focused mindset and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
