Job Summary
Transform store guests into loyal customers as the Retail Sales Associate for Ashley Furniture. Guide guests through product selection, inspire with knowledge of home furnishings, and deliver a world-class service experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Responsibilities include processing sales orders with accurate cash handling, assisting with financing and credit applications, addressing customer concerns, supporting opening/closing activities and daily checklists, aiding inventory and loss prevention, meeting/exceeding sales goals and KPIs, and performing additional duties as assigned. Must be legally eligible to work in the US, 18+, with the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. The role emphasizes customer engagement, product knowledge, and teamwork within a benefits-enabled workplace.
Required Qualifications
