Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture tasked with transforming store guests into loyal customers by guiding them through home furnishings selections, creating inspiration, and delivering world-class service. Responsibilities include processing sales orders, assisting with financing and credit applications, cash handling, addressing customer concerns, assisting with store opening/closing activities, supporting inventory and loss prevention, and meeting/exceeding sales KPIs. Must be able to lift 25 lbs and work flexible hours including weekends/holidays. Education: high school diploma or equivalent preferred; must be legally authorized to work in the US and be at least 18 years old. Previous 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
