Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture responsible for guiding store guests to discover Ashley’s home furnishings, delivering world-class service, processing sales orders, assisting with credit applications and financing, maintaining a welcoming front desk presence, supporting cash handling and daily closeout, aiding inventory and loss prevention, and meeting/exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Must be legally eligible to work in the US, 18+, with strong interpersonal skills, ability to lift 25 lbs, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays. Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- 18 years old or older
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
